About
Music has been a lifelong passion. Years ago I worked for Chicago-based Alligator Records, co-producing blues albums (Albert Collins, Koko Taylor, Son Seals, et al.) and doing a bit of everything else. Later I reviewed live jazz for the Chicago Reader (Art Ensemble of Chicago, Johnny Griffin, Sheila Jordan, Leroy Jenkins, et al.). A while ago I began emailing family and friends links to music clips. Someone suggested I start a blog. Enjoy!
